MILWAUKEE — Nick Senzel led off the Cincinnati Reds' game Wednesday with a single and then left the game.
Senzel looked fine running to first base, but he immediately called out manager David Bell and trainer Steve Baumann.
No announcement of why he left was made immediately.
Senzel put his head down after rounding first. He spent time on the disabled list in the minor for vertigo in 2017 and '18.
Senzel, 23, went into Wednesday hitting .274 with eight home runs and 29 RBI.
He was replaced by Phillip Ervin.
The Reds also lost catcher Juan Graterol in the third inning.
