MIAMI — Hunter Greene has yet to suit up for a professional game, but last year’s second-overall pick, third baseman Nick Senzel, has already played at four different levels in the minors and Sunday was the starter at third base for the U.S. team in the Futures Game as part of All-Star festivities at Marlins Park.
Senzel tore through the Florida State League in the first half of 2017 and was promoted to Double-A Pensacola last month. So far he’s hit .308/.379/.462 with two homers in 15 games.
Sunday, he went 1 for 4 with a RBI and a run scored.
