Welcome to the pilot episode of "Matt Makes Ballpark Food in his Kitchen". If all goes well, this will be the first of many.
My first creation is the "Todd Coffey Sandwich". It was inspired by Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports, who recently wrote a book titled, "The Arm". A few months ago on Twitter he released an excerpt, and it caught our eye for a few reasons.
