WASHINGTON, D.C. -- You've got to wonder if Matt Harvey has hit a bit of a wall.
Harvey had his second rough outing in three starts in the Reds' 6-2 loss to the Washington Nationals in the second game of a day-night doubleheader Saturday night.
He allowed five runs on nine hits and did not retire a batter in the fifth. He walked two and only struck out one.
