Castillo went seven innings and allowed two runs on three hits to beat the Los Angeles Angels 7-4 before a crowd of 21,895 at Great American Ball Park.
Castillo, 11-4, walked one and struck a career-high 13. He threw 119 pitches, also a career-high.
