Jon Moscot probably would not have broken camp on the 25-man roster on approximately 29 other Major League teams this spring. And probably wouldn’t be with the Cincinnati Reds at the moment either if not for an entire rotation’s worth of injuries to begin the year.
But now Moscot is dealing with his own shoulder issue. He has been experiencing soreness and discomfort in his left (non-throwing) shoulder of which was surgically repaired last summer.
As a result John Lamb, one of the many injured starters in the spring, has a chance to start tonight’s game against the San Francisco Giants.
