GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Hunter Greene, the Cincinnati Reds’ top pitching prospect, will make his Major League debut in a couple of weeks.
The Reds announced their rotation for the first five games of the season. Tyler Mahle, Reiver Sanmartin, Vladimir Gutierrez and Greene, in that order, will start in the Reds’ opening series in Atlanta. Following an off day, Mahle will start the Reds’ home opener against Cleveland on April 12.

Nick Lodolo, another top prospect, remains a candidate to be the fifth starter in the rotation, but the Reds have yet to announce the last spot in the rotation.
