CLEVELAND – The experiment of potentially moving Homer Bailey into the bullpen is over.
Bailey is expected to make two more rehab starts at Triple-A Louisville, then he will rejoin the Reds as a starter when he is activated from the disabled list.
“We thought that was his best role,” Reds general manager Nick Krall said.
