The Florence Freedom announced that former Cincinnati Reds Dmitri Young, Reggie Sanders and Pokey Reese will compete in a pregame home run derby in collaboration with the Reds Hall of Fame on the Freedom's Opening Night on May 10 at UC Health Stadium.

Gates will open to the public at 5:35pm, with the derby slated for 6:15pm. The Freedom then open their regular season against the Joliet Slammers at 7:05pm at UC Health Stadium.
