Former Cincinnati Reds pitcher Tom Browning, who threw a perfect game in 1988 and was the National League Rookie of the Year in runner-up 1985, died Monday at 62 years old, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to Browning's home in Union, Kentucky, after a man was found not breathing. He was pronounced dead at 1:13 p.m. and no foul play is suspected.
