Farmers Only Weekend Harvest: Nick Senzel and Tejay Antone make rehab appearances

The Bats dropped 2 out of 3 to St. Paul this weekend. They weren’t able to provide any run support for Michael “Courtyard” Mariot, who threw 7 shutout innings while allowing 5 hits. Interestingly, despite only allowing a run, the Bats pitching staff didn’t strike out a single batter on Friday night. Things didn’t go much better on Saturday. Despite out-hitting St. Paul 9-4, they still lost 4-2. Bo “Knows” Takahashi was great in his start. He didn’t allow a hit in 6 innings while walking 3 and striking out 6. Jose Barrero continued to beat the hell out of the ball, going 2 for 5 with a double and a RBI.
