Vlad “Saggy Glutes” Gutierrez put up a real ugly line in this one. He allowed three earned runs over 1.2 innings on four hits, four walks, while striking out one batter. Jackson Stephens didn’t fare any better in his 1.2 innings. But, those were the only runs given up as the back part of the bullpen locked down 5.2 shutout innings. This was done by Joe “The Fly” Mantiply (2.2 IP, 1 K), Alex “International Man of Mystery” Powers (2 IP, 1 K), and Matt “Archer” Bowman (1 IP, 0 K).
