The Bats got back to their winning ways against Scranton on Thursday night. A big reason for the win was Jon "money" Moscot's effectiveness on the mound. Over six innings he only surrendered 4 hits, and he held the RailRiders scoreless. He also struck out four and walked none. Steve Delabar threw a scoreless inning in relief. This was his first appearance in Louisville since he was designated for assignment last Saturday. "magic" Wandy Peralta and Jumbo Diaz chipped in with scoreless relief appearances as well.
On offense shortstop Carlos Triunfel led the charge with a three hit night.
