A 5-run 3rd inning was enough to bring down the Bats on Thursday. Rob Wooten “Clan” was not good, lasting only 2 innings, giving up 4 runs on 6 hits with 2 walks and 3 strikeouts. Wendolyn “Wendy Bats” Bautista then came in and gave up 3 runs in 4 innings. Hernan “The Barbarian” Iribarren was 2 for 5 with a double, 1 RBI, and 1 run scored. Rob “Cowboy” Brantley was 3 for 4 with a double and 1 RBI, Brandon Dixon “Dixoff” was 2 for 4 with a double and a solo dinger, and Zach “Cincy” Vincej was 2 for 4 with a double and scored a run.
