There is no start date to return to games, but there was plenty of news Friday when Major League Baseball and the players association reached an agreement on economic issues caused by the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Parts of the agreement could have major ramifications for the Cincinnati Reds, especially if the 2020 season is canceled. The biggest issue between the two sides was service time, which determines when players will be eligible for arbitration or reach free agency.
