When Eugenio Suarez failed to drive in a runner from third base in the 11th inning Wednesday, he immediately chucked his helmet to the ground in frustration, watching it bounce about 20 feet in front of the Reds’ dugout.
Less than 24 hours later, Suarez made the most of his next big opportunity.
In the bottom of the third inning, Suarez crushed a curveball into the left-field seats for his third career grand slam.
