With two Major League Baseball games postponed Monday because of coronavirus-related concerns and the Miami Marlins reporting that 11 players and two coaches have tested positive for COVID-19, ESPN's Ryan Smith talked to ABC News medical contributor Dr. Todd Ellerin, the director of infectious diseases at South Shore Health in Massachusetts, about how MLB can proceed safely with the 2020 season.

Smith: "What is your reaction to this news of the outbreak in baseball?"
Ellerin: "I think, unfortunately, it's to be expected. When you think about the fact that Florida and Miami in particular are hotspots as there are many states around the country, I think the outbreak that we're currently hearing about on the Marlins is basically to be expected.
