Teams full of good players can be a pain in the aspirations.
Ask coaches and managers about their favorite teams and almost none cites a team that won a championship. Most talk wistfully about teams that listened and played as one, with players who didn’t pout, mope and change moods like the spring weather in Cincinnati, or care where they sat on the team bus. Those in charge could teach skills, not coddle attitude.
