Former Cincinnati Reds and Louisville Bats fan favorite Corky Miller has endeared himself to fans at Louisville Slugger Field for years, so his home run Monday night for the Louisville Stars in the Bluegrass World Series was a familiar sight.
Video from the Bats via Twitter:
Miller is among more than 30 former Major League Baseball players taking on collegiate all-star teams from around the country in this week's series.
A roving catching instructor for the Reds, Miller is wearing his No. 8 Bats jersey - retired by the team in 2014 - as his teammates wear their MLB jerseys.
