The Cincinnati Reds signed left-handed reliever Jesse Biddle to a minor league contract on Friday, which includes an invitation to spring training.
Biddle, 28, made a combined 30 relief appearances for the Atlanta Braves, Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers. He posted an 8.36 ERA in 28 innings, striking out 26 and walking 22. He missed the final two months of the season on the injured list with left shoulder fatigue.
