The Cincinnati Reds gave Bryan Price a chance. He failed as manager of the Reds. Now it is time to give someone else a chance. Price can stay around as pitching coach, but not manager.
The Reds need someone who knows what he is doing. Price has been in charge of some great ideas. He tried Tony Cingrani as closer, despite Ross Ohlendorf and then Raisel Iglesias having better secondary stat lines. He batted the best base stealer in the world, Billy Hamilton, ninth. Of course the big one is that he lets Brandon Phillips play second base everyday.
