GOODYEAR, Ariz. — It was going to happen sooner or later. The Reds took the drama out of the equation by doing it six days before they broke camp.
Top prospect Nick Senzel was re-assigned to the minor league camp Monday. Senzel, 22, had a solid first big league camp. He hit .286 in 28 at-bats. He played well defensively at both third base, his natural position, and shortstop.
