The Cincinnati Reds have improved over the past couple seasons. They have benefitted from hitting in the draft, as well as in the international market. Also, the rebuilding club has a dearth of prospects close to the major leagues. The club has done a nice job of bringing in the right talent and grooming them.
With the Reds rebuild almost over, they are at the point where the club needs to assess what they have moving forward. Furthermore, the team should have auditions for the next competitive Reds team. With that said, this team has a season or two and see who is ready.
