PHILADELPHIA – Looking to keep the bench fresh, Reds Manager David Bell had Yasiel Puig and José Iglesias out of the lineup Saturday. Rookie center fielder Nick Senzel will likely receive a day off Sunday.

José Peraza started at shortstop in place of Iglesias on Saturday and Josh VanMeter received a start in left field. Puig has a career-low .211 batting average and .256 on-base percentage, but Bell said Saturday’s lineup had more to do with bench players than Puig’s performance.
