PHOENIX — Luis Castillo was a pretty sure bet for the Reds lately.
They had won his last four starts. That streak ended Tuesday night with a 5-2 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks before a crowd of 20,046 at Chase Field. The Reds fell to 1-4 on the road trip.
Castillo went five innings and allowed five runs (four earned). He walked three and struck out six.
Two of three hitters he walked scored.
"The walks hurt me tonight," Castillo said. "I gave a 100 percent like I always do.
