Cincinnati Reds left-hander Brandon Finnegan is 'good to go' – and confident

GOODYEAR, Ariz. – The Reds may not see Brandon Finnegan as a mortal lock to make the rotation, but that message did not get to Finnegan.

Finnegan, the 24-year-old left-hander, has never lacked for confidence. So, despite missing all but four starts last year with the injuries to both shoulders, he expects to be one of the starting five when camp breaks.

“I feel good,” he said. “I’ve been ready since I left for offseason.
