While the Cincinnati Reds have underwent a roster overhaul this offseason, and the one remaining criticism has been that they have yet to sign an “ace” for the top of their rotation. Many of those same critics would tell you that signing Dallas Keuchel would provide the staff with a legitimate No. 1 starter.
