Cincinnati Reds infielder Donovan Solano leaves game with apparent leg injury

SURPRISE, Ariz. – As the Cincinnati Reds look to finalize their 28-man Opening Day roster over the next week, infielder Donovan Solano exited Tuesday's spring training game against the Texas Rangers with an apparent leg injury.

Solano, who signed a one-year, $4.5 million contract earlier this month, held the back of his left leg, near his hamstring, after advancing from first base to second on a single from Tyler Stephenson in the third inning. He began walking off the field when manager David Bell and trainer Tomas Vera ran out of the dugout to check on him.
