It’s been known since Sunday that pitcher Jon Moscot would return from the disabled list to start for the Reds against the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday, and the team has made it official.
Reliever Caleb Cotham was placed on the 15-day DL due to right shoulder inflammation in order to clear a spot on the active roster.

Moscot last made a big-league start on April 27 and has been on the shelf since with inflammation in his left, non-throwing shoulder — the same one he dislocated in 2015, ending his season.
