ANAHEIM, Calif. — A three-game losing streak in Major League Baseball is not the ideal way to follow a six-game winning streak, but that’s what the Cincinnati Reds have done.
The Reds fell to the Los Angles Angels 5-1 before a crowd of 37,260 at Angel Stadium.
One side note: Yasiel Puig was ejected by home plate umpire Kerwin Danley for arguing a third-strike call in the sixth. Manager David Bell also was ejected. Puig came very close to making contact with Danley.
