W: Kendrick, K (4-11, 6.33)
L: Lorenzen (3-5, 4.58)
This was another tough one to watch, and another disastrous loss for the Cincinnati Reds, as they dropped the series finale to the Colorado Rockies 17-7 and dropped to 43-53 for the season.
Offense: You wouldn’t assume that when the Reds lose by ten runs that they produced very much offense, but that surprisingly wasn’t the case today. The Reds hit very well and collected 14 hits off Rockies pitchers, scoring one run in the second inning, three runs in the third inning, two runs in the fifth inning and one more run in the ninth inning.
