SAN FRANCISCO — When you watch Billy Hamilton run down balls in the gaps at AT&T Park, you can see why the Giants tried to trade for him in the offseason.
Hamilton is a great center fielder in any park, but in a yard like AT&T with its 421-foot Triples Alley, his talent really shows.
“He’s made some great plays here,” Riggleman said. “We’ve had two games here. Close games. Both of the games probably would have been four more scored if he doesn’t make those plays.
