Reds outfielder Yasiel Puig, manager David Bell and Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Chris Archer received suspensions and undisclosed fines from Major League Baseball on Tuesday for their roles in Sunday's benches-clearing incident.
Puig received a two-game suspension for "aggressive actions during the incident," which he will serve immediately. Bell was suspended for one game for his "aggressive actions" and he will miss Tuesday's game against the Miami Marlins.
Archer will appeal his five-game suspension for "intentionally throwing a pitch at Derek Dietrich.
