Javier Baez opened a lot of eyes Thursday at Wrigley Field with the home run he hit off of Cincinnati Reds pitcher Anthony DeSclafani.
The Chicago Cubs shortstop's solo shot in the bottom of the third inning was measured at 481 feet and left the home crowd, and Twitter, amazed. Per StatCast, it was the second-longest home run hit this season, and put the Cubs up 3-1 over the Reds.
