GOODYEAR, Arizona – Cam Bedrosian, a non-roster invitee to camp, met with general manager Nick Krall a few days ago to discuss his roster status.
"Simple and easy," was how Bedrosian described it – he made the Opening Day roster.
He could’ve used the same words to describe his camp. He dominated all spring, striking out 16 of the 32 batters he faced and yielding only three hits in 8 2/3 innings.
“I knew I had to come in and prove myself, be at my best to make this team,” said Bedrosian, who was released by the Los Angeles Angels after the 2020 season.
