The Boston Red Sox took to Twitter Tuesday to ask for help from Cincinnati Reds fans in getting hometown boy Andrew Benintendi the American League's final spot in the Major League Baseball All-Star Game.
Benintendi, a Madeira High School graduate, is up against Minnesota's Eddie Rosario, Seattle's Jean Segura, Los Angeles' Andrelton Simmons and New York's Giancarlo Stanton for the final spot on the AL team.
The Reds responded by also asking their fans to vote for him to make his first trip to the All-Star Game.
