Unlike in recent years, there is no obvious choice among the first-timers on this year's baseball Hall of Fame ballot.
The 2021 National Baseball Hall of Fame ballot was released Monday by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America and it includes 11 first-timers and 14 holdovers from the last year ballot.

The 11 newcomers include: Mark Buehrle, A.J. Burnett, Michael Cuddyer, Dan Haren, LaTroy Hawkins, Tim Hudson, Torii Hunter, Aramis Ramirez, Nick Swisher, Shane Victorino and Barry Zito.
