MILWAUKEE – Several minutes after Cincinnati Reds rookie center field Nick Senzel smacked a solo home run to left field in the fourth inning Friday, he was replaced in the field during the next half-inning.
The Reds later announced Senzel exited with a headache.
Senzel went 2-for-3 during Friday's game, adding a single and a stolen base in the second inning. He was hit around his knee as he completed the stolen base on a throw from Milwaukee Brewers catcher Manny Pina.
It was the second straight game Senzel hit a home run.
