CINCINNATI -- Whenever Cincinnati Bengals receivers coach James Urban would pull up game film of Mississippi's offense before the draft, his eyes were routinely drawn to two players.
Naturally, Laquon Treadwell, the 6-foot-3 pass-catching phenom who went on to become a first-round draft pick, caught his attention.
But so did another bigger-framed wideout who was a veritable wrecking ball of a downfield blocker. Anytime that other 6-foot-3 receiver squared up a cornerback or a safety, Urban couldn't help but watch -- and get giddy.
"He blocks like he's supposed to," Urban said of Cody Core, the Mississippi receiver the Bengals ended up selecting in the sixth round of last month's draft.
