NFL Network's Mike Garafolo was the first to report Jackson's injury, citing a source.

On the heels of a dominant senior season at Houston, Jackson rapidly climbed up draft boards and got himself in the first-round conversation before the Bengals selected him with the No. 24 overall pick.

Jackson registered 43 tackles and five interceptions last season to go along with a FBS-high 23 passes defended for the Cougars.
