CINCINNATI -- The forgotten men on the Cincinnati Bengals' roster this spring have been the receivers not named A.J. Green or Brandon LaFell.
Because of the outcome of free agency -- LaFell's addition after Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu's exits -- and because Mario Alford, James Wright, Jake Kumerow and Brandon Tate combined for just three catches last season, it has been easy to completely forget about the receivers on the back end of the roster.
Near the top of the four-man group is Mario Alford, the Bengals' speedy 2015 seventh-round pick who has vowed to be remembered in 2016.
