The New England Patriots had a film crew on hand at FirstEnergy Stadium for the Cincinnati Bengals' loss Sunday to the Cleveland Browns to allegedly shoot a documentary on a scout in attendance.
New England cleared it with the Browns PR department and the film crew was credentialed for the game but did not notify the National Football League or Bengals, according to a statement released Monday night.
A Bengals scout noticed the videotaping in the Browns press box and alerted Bengals executives. Bengals employees in the press box claimed at the time New England's video crew was filming Cincinnati's sideline.
