Life, or at least life as we know it, seems to be pretty rare. We’ve been looking to the sky for a long time, sending signals here and there, and so far, we’ve received no answer. Of course, it’s a big universe, but, as of now, we’re it as far as we know.
There have been an estimated 117 billion people to have existed on Earth over the last several thousand years. You’re lucky enough to be one of them. So am I.
It’s a statistical anomaly that we’re alive to communicate through this medium at all, but it’s especially exciting that we exist at the same time the quarterback of the Cincinnati Bengals can get away with this in a non-ironic kind of way.
