CBS analyst Trent Green spoke at length during Sunday's broadcast of the New York Jets' 34-31 win against the Cincinnati Bengals about an unnecessary-roughness penalty called against Bengals defensive back Mike Hilton on 3rd and 11 that resulted in a very important first down for the Jets with less than two minutes left in the game.
Hilton stopped the Jets' Ty Johnson on the play, and it would've left the Jets with a 4th and long. The Bengals had all of their timeouts remaining.
"So which one initiates it? Johnson lowers his helmet. Hilton goes in to make the tackle," Green said.
