Now entering Day 10 of the NFL head coach hiring season, nearly half of the vacancies have already been filled. The Packers went and hired Matt Lafleur to kick things off on Monday, and the Cardinals and Buccaneers followed the next day with the respective hirings of USC’s (short lived) offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury and ex-Cardinals coach Bruce Arians.
A few more openings seem to be down to two candidates or less. The Browns have narrowed down their search to their current offensive Freddie Kitchens and long-time Vikings assistant Kevin Stefanksi.
