'Seen a really physical style.' Bengals have already expanded Hayden Hurst's role

During a specific play in training camp, new Cincinnati Bengals tight end Hayden Hurst lined up out wide, ran a route down the sideline and anticipated a back shoulder throw from Joe Burrow.

That was when it hit him. There might not be an offense in the NFL that would give him as much freedom and responsibility as he has with the Bengals. When he caught the pass, Hurst realized that few NFL coaches would call that type of play for a tight end, and even fewer quarterbacks have the ability to make that type of throw.
