Update: NFL.com’s Tom Pelissero reports that that the Bengals believe Anderson tore his ACL last night. It’s the same ACL that Anderson tore last year at Oklahoma.
Anderson will undoubtedly end up on the Injured Reserve list this weekend and will miss all of his rookie season.
This is the fourth major injury Anderson has suffered in the last five years. To say this is heartbreaking is nothing short of an understatement.
Last week was Rodney Anderson’s coming out party. This week, his season may have been shortened significantly.
