Washington Football Team's Jon Bostic won't be suspended for the helmet-to-helmet hit on Cowboys quarterback Andy Dalton that resulted in Bostic's ejection from his team's win Sunday against Dallas, according to a report Monday via Twitter by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Dalton, who started for the Cincinnati Bengals for nine seasons before signing with Dallas this past offseason, was helped off the field after being tended to by the team's training staff. He did not return to the game, but did fly home with the team.
Dalton is in the NFL's concussion protocol for the first time in his career.
