In one month, the NFL Draft will begin at 8 p.m. on April 27 in Philadelphia. One of the most important three-day stretches of the year for the Bengals will begin as they have 11 selections over the course of the weekend.
Few will mean more than the first two days of selections at Nos. 9, 41 and 73. A draft heavy in defense meets the Bengals’ need to for pass rushers opens up the possibility for my mock draft prediction here.
Just as in 2015 when they selected offensive linemen Cedric Ogbuehi and Jake Fisher with their first two picks of the draft, the Bengals could double up early at the edge rusher position this season in a plot for the future of one of the most important spots on the field.
