Paul Daugherty's Morning Line: Doc's prediction for Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns

For the first time since I can’t recall, we can use the descriptive “Battle of Ohio’’ without chuckling. Cincinnati Bengals-Cleveland Browns tonight means something for both teams. Both have interesting QBs, for different reasons. Both need a win to straighten their seasons. I don’t know if America looks at Bengals-Browns and thinks “compelling.’’ But Ohio does.

The only thing missing will be Mike Brown’s presence at the game. At 85, he decided not to make the trip to Cleveland. That breaks a streak of 824 games attended, in succession. And it makes me sad.
